Cable Movie Navigator is used by local cable companies to distribute a monthly movie guide via diskette or Internet to their customers. Users enter one or more movie selection criteria such as time, day, content, ratings and actors. A personal list for up to one month of entertainment is presented on screen and can be printed to create a personal television movie guide. Pay-Per-View instructions are automatically included for PPV movies. A movie notification feature alerts the customer when a desired movie is included in the newly received diskette. |
